The new table was engineered by Dave Nelsen and constructed by him with help from Jim Cunningham and Bruce Roberts. The frame and seats came from mis-shipped parts of the Joan Roberts Memorial Picnic Table and new redwood purchased and shaped by Dave. He also applied finishing oil to help the table resist the ravages of sun and rain. It now resides outside the Sunday School Room.
