Join us in supporting Imara International
Imara International is an organization that seeks to enrich the lives of teenage mothers and their children.
Imara is the Hands and Feet of Jesus, serving moms and their children in Nanyuki, Kenya. Imara House and our unique program works to restore these young women, through education, skills, parent training, nutrition, social services, fellowship, and faith.
Through their LINK Program, St. James’ partners with Imara International through a monthly donation of $300 to go towards the continued care of these young mothers and their children.
To make a donation towards this effort, write a check to St. James’ with Imara International in the memo line, or use our giving page to make a paypal donation. If using paypal, click the “Making a donation to a specific fund (with fees)” button and enter “Imara International” in the “Add special instructions to the seller” box.
Gifts made to Imara International through St. James’ will qualify for corporate gift matching where available. Please check with your employer.
