The vestry met on Thursday, June 18, for their monthly meeting.
We heard from our parish treasurer, Lynn Locher, regarding the healthy state of our finances, and thanked her and Jan Brandt for their time and energies with our recent diocesan audit. Nancy Casteneda updated us about St. James’ Cares, and the program’s launch scheduled for this summer. Rev. Lori led an educational session on Congregational Development. For our final block of time, we broke into our two groups focusing on Ministry Development, and Invitation and Integration.
Please note these changes to our vestry meeting schedule: the July and August meetings will be combined into a single meeting to be held on Thursday, July 30.
