As the school year comes to an end, bringing with it exams, projects (oh, the projects in my house!!), farewells and summer plans so the Sunday School year moves on. As has been our practice in previous years we wind down a little in June and take a break in July and August. Our Summer Day Camp in July (25th-29th) keeps us all busy and the 10:30am service every Sunday still welcomes children each week in the summer (look for our children’s clipboards)
To mark the end of the year we held the Sunday School Barbecue and potluck on June 5th, this year with the addition of a bounce house. Fifty people gathered for food and fun after the service. Thank you to everyone who came to join in the fun, it was great to see you all.
