St. James’/St. Anne’s Joint Build with Habitat for Humanity:
June 16, 8:30 am to 4 pm
East Bay/Silicon Valley Habitat, new homeowners, and community members are teaming up to build 30 new condominium homes at Central Commons, right here in central Fremont. St. James’ and St. Anne’s have an opportunity to put our faith into action and show our Episcopal spirit by joining with a multi-faith crew of volunteers for a June 16th Faith Build Day.
Let’s build up the Kingdom of God, and show the Tri-City area that St. James’ cares!
About volunteering
First-timers and experienced builders welcome, ages 16 and up, on Saturday, June 16th. All materials, supplies, and instruction will be provided. Please plan to bring a water bottle, lunch, and team spirit. We build together to create opportunity, put our values into action, and build friendships with our neighbors of all walks of life. Register by June 1 at: http://vhub.at/stjamesfremont. Questions? Contact Evelyn Martinez, prnewark1@aol.com or Toni Bommarito, Faith & Community Partnerships Manager, TBommarito@HabitatEBSV.org.
About Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley
We believe that everyone deserves a decent place to live. We create opportunities for families to transform their lives, gaining the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better future. Working together as a community, we build homes with affordable mortgages, repair and rehabilitate existing homes, counsel first-time homebuyers, and revitalize neighborhoods in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Santa Clara counties.
