By Diocesan canons and the bylaws of the Church, an annual meeting is required to be held each year with an announcement posted in advance. It is the practice of St. James’ to hold an annual meeting on the third Sunday of January, with a parish-wide budget meeting the Sunday prior.

The annual budget meeting is taking place on Sunday, January 12 2025 at 9:15 in the Education Room. This important meeting allows you a look at our income and expenses and the opportunity to ask any questions. Grab a cup of coffee and join us!

| 9:15-10:15 | Our business meeting will include the approval of past minutes, introduction of vestry members and the new Senior Warden, reports from the Treasurer and Endowment Chair, the retiring Senior Warden’s address and elections for vestry and convention delegates. |
| 10:15-10:30 | We will prepare for worship by singing some of our favorite hymns. |
| 10:30-11:45 | Service of Holy Communion with the Rector’s address as part of the sermon and the annual picture slideshow to wrap up the day. |
