Have you ever met a Muslim? Have you ever engaged a Muslim in a conversation about his/her faith and beliefs? Do you know the basic tenets of Islam? Have you ever wondered, “What is Sharia law?” Have you ever had a question about Islam that you would like to have answered?
Moina Shaiq, president of the Tri-Cities Interfaith Council and long-time Fremont resident will be at Saint James’ to answer these and any other questions you might have for her, a person who has been a faithful Muslim all her life. No question is off limits for Moina. Come join us on Sunday, March 13th, from noon to about 1:30pm, in the Saint James’ Education Room, to meet Moina and ask your question. A light lunch will be provided.
