If you would like to read or pray with the Bible, but feel that you don’t quite know where or how to begin, this series will help you get started. The Bible isn’t really a book, it’s a library, and becoming familiar with the different styles of writing you will find there and why the books were written is really key. We’ll also be looking at how the Bible was assembled, why there are different translations, and the tools available to help you understand and get to know the Bible better. This 3-session series will take place on Tuesday evenings, July 9, 16, and 23, from 7:00 – 8:30 pm in the Education Room. A sign-up sheet can be found in the Parish Hall.
