Faith Formation: Hearing Scripture Anew for Advent

Join us for a four-week exploration of Advent using the readings from A Women’s Lectionary For The Whole Church which we will use on Sundays this season. Starting on Tuesday, November 29th at 7:00 PM and continuing weekly through December 20th, we will meet on Zoom to explore the themes and message of God’s promises and the people – especially women – who helped in their fulfillment to discern how our stories intersect with theirs as those promises continue to find fulfillment in our lives. Rev Bill will provide each week’s materials in advance that we may together “hear, read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest” these stories from a new perspective.
